Neecie Careen Butler age 89 of Elgin, passed away on Friday, November 11, 2016. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from Noon until 2:00 P.M. at Elkins East Chapel. Services will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel. Burial will be at Barkley Cemetery.
