ImageNeal Sanford, 50, passed away on Wednesday April 8, 2026, at his home. He was born May 19, 1975, to the late John Sanford and the late Patricia Sanford in Tupelo. Neal enjoyed playing Dungeons & Dragons, playing tennis, and going thrifting, although his most favorite past time as of lately has been mowing the yard on his lawnmower, which he called his hotrod. He had a passion for antique vehicles and enjoyed working on them. He was always ready to learn new things and never shied away from helping people, especially when working alongside Mike on the farm. Neal was a well known chef and worked at various restaurants throughout the area. He adored his little dog, Huey, and spending time with friends.

Memorial services will be private.

Senter Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.

He is survived by his son, Duncan Sanford of Fulton; special friends, Kelly Smith of Mantachie, and Allison Wells of Tupelo; and Emerson Smith, who knew Neal as Pop, and a host of other friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Patricia Sanford.
