Neal Dewayne Willingham – Obituary

nealNeal Dewayne Willingham, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015. His family will receive friends today, 10:30 a.m. until noon, at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel, with A. G. Stepp and Don Myres officiating. Burial will be in Guy Cemetery.
Mr. Willingham was a Colbert County native and a member and past deacon of Little Bear Creek Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Hugh and Mildred Azalee Willingham; brother, Jerry Edward Willingham; sister, June Rose Reach; and great-grandchild, Braxton Lee Willis.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Sue Brown Willingham; daughters, Carla Sue Claunch (Steve), Greta Carol Oliver (Kenny) and Shelia Diane Claunch (Wayne); brother, William Harold Willingham (Nancy); sister, Mildred Sharon James (Larry); six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Brent Willingham, Brad James, Steve Birmingham, Sammy Myres, Branden Head and Christopher Hargett.
The family would like to express special thanks to Dr. Ronald McCoy and Dr. Lynn Ridgeway.
