Nathan “Corey” Tankersley, age 48, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Marshall Medical Center.
Corey was born May 14, 1975, in Nashville, Tennessee, to David Tankersley and Christy Landers Tankersley. He was a member of Lifesong Church. Corey loved music and was an accomplished drummer. He especially loved his family and his dog Squirt.
He is survived by his daughter Makayla Tankersley and granddaughter Kinley Rigdon both of Lewisburg; fiance’ Kimberly Pounds Boggs of Lewisburg; mother Christy Landers Tankersley of Lewisburg and father David (Carol Ann) Tankersley of Cornersville; one brother Brad (Julie) Tankersley and nephew Bryce Tankersley all of Lewisburg.
