Services for Nannie Dell Hall McCurry, 84, Florence, will be Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Hendrix Chapel Church of Christ with Wayne Wood officiating. Burial will follow in Cromwell Crossroads Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, at the church. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. McCurry was born Dec. 5, 1928, in Lauderdale County, Ala . She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Mary Lessie Myrick Hall; husband, Lee McCurry; son, Michael McCurry Sr.; and grandson, Michael McCurry Jr. Mrs. McCurry, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at the home of her daughter in Florence.
Survivors include sons, Eddie McCurry, Cypress Inn, Tenn., and Gary McCurry, White, Ga.; daughters, Debbie Donathan, Lake City, Mich., Donna Rich and Joyce Sally, both of Cypress Inn, Tenn., and Karen Krieger, Florence;
17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild;
brothers, Herman Hall and W. J. Hall; sisters, Bobbie Rhodes and Carolyn Hanback, all of Florence.
