Nancy Ophelia Scott, 98, died Sunday, April 27, 2014. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Liberty Hill Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
