Nancy Colene Majors, age 88 of Tullahoma, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at her residence. She was born April 23, 1933 in Lincoln County to the late Abel Monroe Hale and Mattie Sue Sorrels Hale. She retired from the Franklin County Board of Education after 15 years and was a member of Owl Hollow Church of Christ. She enjoyed walking, getting her hair done on Saturdays, going to yard sales and thrift stores, and watching the Tennessee Titans. She will be remembered as a strong-willed, honest Christian lady who was dedicated to her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Floyd Majors; daughter, Kimberly Majors; sons, Buddy Majors Jr. and Ronnie Majors; granddaughter, Vicki Click; grandson, Joey Click; sister, Betty Johnson; and brother, Houston Hale. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Dixon of Tullahoma; son, Randy (Melissa) Majors of Winchester; daughter-in-law, Linda Majors of Texas; grandchildren, Tara Sanders, Jonathan Click, Brian Majors, Jennifer Anders, Jennifer Majors, Stephanie Newman, Bubba Majors, Michael Dixon, Phillip Dixon, James Dixon, Shane Majors, Shannon Majors, Sheena Majors and Shiloh Majors; and many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 1:30-3:00 pm Friday, October 29, 2021 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3 pm at Moore-Cortner Chapel with burial at Winchester City Cemetery.
