Nancy C. Godsey, 74, of Courtland died Monday, September 24th. at her residence. Her funeral will be Wednesday, September 26th. at 1:00 here at the funeral home with Bro. Scotty Letson officiating. Burial will follow in Courtland Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday two hour prior to the funeral from 11:00-1:00.
Mrs. Godsey was a life long and well known citizen of the Courtland community, she was known for her smile and for helping others. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Godsey and a son Mike Godsey. She is survived by her son Mark (Lisa) Godsey, granddaughters; Allee Godsey and Baleigh Godsey, grandsons; Chris, Chase, Chad Godsey and Skylar Davis, 2 sisters; Barbara Mardis and Brenda Winter, 1 brother; Bob Blardy, and a host of neices, nephews, cousins and friends
