Nancy Allean Brewer Taylor, age 95, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Columbus Hospice in Columbus, GA. She was a native of Wayne County, TN, retired from the Lawrence County Board of Education and a member of Vaughan Memorial Church Of The Nazarene.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William S. and Martha Robertson Brewer; her husband, Luster H. Taylor; one grandson, Brent David Shattles; four brothers, Walter, Homer, Dudley and Floyd Brewer; and one sister, Clara O’Donnely.
She is survived by

Daughter – Linda Cook (Gene), Phenix City, AL
Son – Carl D. Taylor (Bobbie Jo), Russell, KY
Daughter – Stella Shattles (David), Rush, KY
Son – Lawrence Taylor, Corbin, KY
One Sister –
Ellen Kerr, Lawrenceburg, TN

Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 02, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 03, 2013, with Dr. L. Gene Cook officiating. Interment will follow at Black Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to Columbus Hospice Inc. in Columbus, GA.
