Funeral services for Mrs. Nan Stone, age 77, are scheduled for 11 AM, Thursday, October 1, 2015 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Stone Hill Pentecostal Cemetery. Mrs. Stone passed away early Monday in Jackson. She was born November 9, 1937 in Decatur County to the late Boss Mitchell and Mary Magedeline Reece Mitchell. She was a homemaker and a member of Stone Hill Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband and the father of her children, Robert Coleman and one brother, Boss Mitchell, Jr. Survivors include her husband, Rev. Clifford Stone of Lexington; three sons, Greg (Joyce) Coleman of Kingsville, TX, Tim (Denise) Coleman of Jackson, TN, Alan (Julie) Coleman of Milan, TN; two daughters, Theresa (Libby) Coleman of Paris, TN and Janet (Frank) Athey of Corpis Christi, TX; two stepsons, Stanley (Sarah) Stone of Reagan, TN and Michael (Sylvia) Stone of Lexington, TN; two stepdaughters, Treccia (David) Haney of Memphis, TN and Charolette (Don) Seeley of Henderson, TN; six sisters, Maple (Ray) Ramirez, Mable (Tom) Ayers, Dorothy (Vaughn) Hamm, Marie (Tommy) Graham, Maxine Rushing, and Harline Marshall; eighteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
