Myrtle Virginia Keltie, 93, formerly of Russellville, died September 1, 2018. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Liley Funeral Home, Marble Hill, Missouri. Funeral will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, assisted the family.
