Funeral Service for Myrtle “Tiny” Hardin Oaks, age 89, of Eva, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2020, at Daniels Chapel Baptist Church with Tim Aris, Jeremy Calloway, and Tim Kinney officiating; interment in Daniels Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Oaks passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born January 28, 1931, to Isaac and Cammie Lee Hardin.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Mackentep; husbands, Edward Oaks and Elijah Peppers; and parents, Isaac and Cammie Lee Hardin.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra Hunter; son, Dwight (Edith) Oaks; son, Dewayne (Daphne) Oaks; daughter, Dewanda (Earl) Brinkley; fourteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
