Myrtle McFall Falls, 88, of Dickson, Tennessee, passed away June 1, 2014, at her son’s residence. She was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be today from 5-7 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kenny Windsor officiating. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Falls was preceded in death by her husbands, John I. Broadfoot and Lloyd F. Falls, parents, Pierce and Bessie Darby McFall, eight brothers and sisters, one grandson, and one great-granddaughter.
She is survivied by her sons, John R. Broadfoot (Sharon), Larry, and Greg Broadfoot; daughters, Dinah Duke (Skipper) and Cathy Everett (Phil); stepson, Randy Falls; stepdaughters, Jan Diller (John) and Sandy Merkling; brothers, Joe McFall (Carolyn) and Elmer McFall (Sandra); special niece, Barbara Griffin; eight grandchildren; eight stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
Family will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.
Special thanks to her son, Greg Broadfoot, and caregivers, Rosie and Claudette, for their loving care the past four years.
