Funeral Services for Myrl Marie Bonner, age 73 of Welti will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Welti Cumberland Cemetery, with Bro. Randy Sellers & Bro. Caleb Elrod officiating.

Myrl was born on January 18, 1943; and passed away on Friday, July 29 2016. She was a member at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Mrs. Bonner is preceded in death by her parents, Aaron & Rosie Hopper Buckelew; Mother & Father in law – W.T. & Eleanor Bonner; 2 – sisters – Audrey King & Yvonne Veal; 3 – brothers – Hobert Buckelew, Hoyt Buckelew & Marvin Buckelew.
She is survived by her Husband of 54 years – Byron Bonner; 2 – Daughters – Missy (Dale) Gambrill & Mendy (Jason) Slaton; 3 – Sisters – Velva Lee Buckelew, Eunice LaFan & Judy Hastings; Brother – Travis Buckelew; Sister-in-Law – Brenda Witchger; 9 – Grandchildren – Shae (Caleb) Elrod, Alanna (Adam) Thompson, Tara Gambrill, Abby Gambrill, Desiree Gambrill, Braxton Gambrill, Bella Gambrill, Sophie Slaton & Abhi Slaton; and a Host of Honorary Grandchildren; and 3 – Great-Grandchildren – Ellie Elrod, Easton Elrod & Asher Thompson.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 30, 2016 from 5:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
