Myra Louise Rippy Medeiros, 59, died Saturday, February 18, 2017 at her residence in Shannon, MS. She was born on December 24, 1957 to Leroy Rippy and Barbara Morgan Warren. She was a graduate of Harrison Central High School in Biloxi, MS and graduated cosmetology school. She worked as a hair stylist and waitress at IHOP. She lived the past 17 years in Lee Co. Her hobbies included colors and spending time with all nine of her grandchildren and her beloved dog, Lulu.

Survivors include her son, Joshua Medeiros of Tupelo; a daughter, Jennifer Medeiros and husband Ricky of Shannon; a brother, Mike Rippy of Indiana; two sisters, Jackie Warren of Gulfport and Debbie Young of Indiania; and a special friend, Dale Kowalevious of Shannon. She was preceded in death by her husband.
