Muscle Shoals Police Arrest Suspect In Saturday Shooting

MUSCLE SHOALS-Detectives and Patrol Officers with the Muscle Shoals Police Department are investigating a shooting that occurred in the 100 block of Williams St at approximately 8:15PM on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

MSPD Officers and Detectives arrived on scene and located Jason Steve Dickerson,45 from Muscle Shoals with a gunshot wound to the upper torso area. Dickerson was taken NAMC and later transported to Huntsville Hospital where he is expected to make a full recovery.

Jason Glenn Kimbrough,46 from Sheffield turned himself into authorities shortly after the shooting took place. Kimbrough is currently being held in custody on First Degree Assault and Discharging a firearm within city limits.
