Murril Yancy Waters, 88, has gone to be with her Lord, on August 5, 2014, from dementia. She was born in Decatur and moved to Lakeland, Florida, in 1952.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Lonnel Waters and son, Mickey Mitchell. She is survived by daughter, Patricia Waters Funari of Decatur, son, Michael Mitchell of Thonotosassa, Florida, daughter, Debbie Waters Battles and husband, Randy, and son, Doug Waters and wife, Donna, both of Lakeland, and numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
A private graveside service was held at Oak Hill Burial Park, Lakeland, FL.
