Charges Related To Brian Lansing Martin as of October 6, 2021
RELEASE:
On today’s date, October 6, 2021, after recovering from injuries at Huntsville Hospital sustained after he engaged Police Officers from multiple Shoals lae enforcement agencies in gunfire; The Muscle Shoals Police Department served Warrants of Arrest on Brian Lansing Martin, 41, of Sheffield Alabama in the death of Tennessee resident, William Clare Mealback, Jr. The Warrants of Arrest served on Brian Lansing Martin are as follows but not limited to these charges alone as the investigation is still ongoing:
- Capital Murder – shooting a victim in a vehicle (William Mealback, Jr.)
- Abuse of Corpse – (William Mealback, Jr.)
Any charges related to police officers involved in this incident are being investigated by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
