MOULTON-The ALEA reports a fatality involving an ATV on Monday, January 18:
“An ATV crash Monday, January 18, has claimed the life of a Moulton teen. John Samuel Terry, 16, was killed when he fell from the 2012 Honda ATV on which he was a passenger.
Terry, who was not wearing a helmet, was transported to Lawrence Medical Center in Moulton where he was pronounced dead.
The ATV’s 15-year-old driver and another juvenile passenger were uninjured. The crash occurred at 12:45 p.m. on Lawrence County 150 five miles north of Moulton.
Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
