Mother Jailed After Daughter Born Addicted To Opiates

FLORENCE-Robin L. Herston, age 26 from Florence, gave birth on Thursday, March 12th to a daughter at ECM Hospital.  The child was experiencing narcotic withdrawals and had to be placed on medication.

Herston has been accused of using Opiates during her pregnancy.

Herston, 26 of Florence, was arrested yesterday and charged with Exposing Children to Narcotics. She is out of jail on a $5,000 Bond.
