Mollie Ruth (Brown) Helms was born 12/15/1948 and passed to her reward on 06/30/24. She passed surrounded by family and friends in Huntsville, AL.
Mollie was born in Texas to Kermit and Nancy Brown. She married Steven Lynn Helms on August 16th, 1968 in Gainesville Texas. In recent years Mollie spent her time volunteering at her local church and the New Hope Public Library. She was active in her Christian life and church, The Hampton Cove Church of Christ.
Mollie was preceded in death by her husband Steve Helms and her daughter Jennifer L (Helms) Mazo and her sister Kay (Brown) Sprayberry. She is survived by her nephew Donny Bush, Michael and Misti Mazo, granddaughter Magnolia Mazo, and many friends.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday July 13th, 2024 at Hampton Cove Church of Christ (409 Old Cove Road Brownsboro, AL 35741).
The service will begin at 10:30am with a luncheon to follow.
