Mrs. Mitsey Lynn Thurmond age 50 of Boaz, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019, at Marshall Medical Center South. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, evening from 5:00 pm till 8:00 pm at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 pm in the chapel, burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery. She is survived by her husband; Scott Thurmond, daughters; Jessica Lynn (Alan) Scott, Caitlin Brooke (Alicia) Thurmond, Madelyn Grace Thurmond, sons;p Kriston (Rachel) Thurmond, Matthew (Tyler) Thurmond, mother; Sarah Standford, sister; Brandi (Adam) Ware, brother; David (Kristi) Swearengin, 12 Grandchildren. She was preceded in by her father; Ray C Abbott, brothers; Lester Ray Sloan, Jerry Swearengin.
