Misty Rose Lyle Whicker, age 36, formerly of the Morgan City area, currently of Paint Rock in Jackson County, Alabama, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, May 3, 2022.
Mrs. Whicker was born to Fred Lyle and Rhonda Talley on December 12, 1985. She was married to Timothy Whicker. Misty loved to swim; she enjoyed nature and just being outdoors. She loved to travel but spending time with her family, especially her son Miles, was the best thing ever.
Cherishing memories of Misty are her father, Fred Lyle; husband, Tim Whicker; son, Miles Whicker; grandmother, Dorolyn Kay Osborne; sister, Jordyn Lyle Carter (Noah); niece, Waiola Carter; best friend, Cassie Sortor, and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
Mrs. Whicker is at last reunited with her mother, Rhonda Talley and her uncle Jerry Ronald Talley, Jr.
A visitation will be held at Brindlee Mountain Chapel, Morgan City on Friday, May 6, 2022 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Funeral service will follow the visitation hour beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Randy Blakely officiating.
Interment is to follow services immediately at the Rescue Cemetery, Union Grove, Morgan County, Alabama.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Bobby Osborne, Michael Osborne, Keith McDonald, Dustin Tripp, Adam Tripp, and Joe Royster.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
