FLORENCE-Florence Police issued a statement on the safe return of Abbygail Moody, missing Florence teen who had been gone from her home since April 15. Moody was found and returned to her family safely:
“On April 17, 2021, at approximately 7 PM, Abbygail Moody was located unharmed after a lengthy investigation involving multiple city, state and federal agencies. The Florence Police Department would like to thank the FBI Birmingham, FBI North
Alabama Vilolent Crimes Taskforce, FBI Dallas/Tyler Resident Agency, The Corinth Police Department and ALEA, (Alabma Law Enforcement Agency), for their all their help in recovering Abbygail safely. Also a thank you to all the citizen who kept an eye out for Abbygail. The family sends their appreciations to all of you.”
