UPDATE: According to police the vehicle which was used to take Miller was occupied by a man and two women and according to a witness one of the women was Anyiah’s mother, Maria Anita Anderson-Davis, age 31.
Franklin police confirmed at 1:40 p.m. that the vehicle, mother and male were all located, but that Anyaih and the other woman are still missing.

The identity of the other woman and the male in the car remain unknown at this time.
Police are working with family court to figure out proper legal custody of Miller.
FRANKLIN, TN-The Franklin County Police Department has issued a Missing Child Alert for 9-year-old Anyaih Miller. Authorities say Anyaih was waiting at her school bus stop at 7:50 am Tuesday, January 26 when a silver car with Texas plates picked her up and drove off.
The driver of the auto was reported to be a black woman and another woman was seen inside the vehicle.
Anyaih Miller never made it to her school on Tuesday. She was wearing a pink and black shirt and a pink jacket. Anyaih is 4′ 7″ tall she weighs 70 pounds and she is 9 years old.
The Franklin Police are asking anyone with information or who might know the whereabouts of Anyaih Miller to call 911 or the Franklin Police Department at 615.794.2513.
