Minnie Lee Conner, 89, died Friday, Jan. 29, 2016. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Monday at St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church. The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday at the church. She retired from the social security administration for the state of Illinois after 20 plus years of loyal service.
