Funeral service for Milton Joseph Henderson, age 75, of Somerville, will be Friday, January 9, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ralph Henderson officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 8, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Center Spring United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Henderson, who died Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, Parkway Campus, was born July 26, 1939, in Morgan County, to Ben and Gracie Henderson.
He is survived by one daughter, Krystal Cole of Moulton; four brothers, Wesley Henderson of Decatur, Jimmy Henderson of Somerville, Jack Henderson of Eva, and Sherman Henderson of Falkville; one sister, Shelby Brackin of Waterford, MI; and two grandchildren, Savanna Cole and Jacob Cole.
Pallbearers will be Steve Long, Dwayne Hann, Patrick Hann, Ike Barnett, Lynn Smith, and James Cole.
