Millard Fillmore Scoggin Jr., 86, died March 23, 2014. Funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Central United Methodist Church with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery. Ridout’s Brown-Service directing.
