Millard Birdyshaw, age 87, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, December 02, 2013 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, a cattle farmer, member of Masonic Lodge #655, and a member of Leoma Baptist Church for over 50 years, where he was song leader for 35 years and past Deacon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Henry and Ada Jester Birdyshaw; his first wife of 58 years, Lovisa Ferrell Birdyshaw; one son, Dr. Keith Birdyshaw; five sisters, Bertha Mattox, Ola Young, Dora Thomas, Virgie Green and Flora Jameson; and two brothers, Alfred Birdyshaw and Jimmy “Bud” Birdyshaw.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, December 04, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 05, 2013, with T. R. Williams officiating with a Masonic service to follow. Interment will follow at Leoma Cemetery in Leoma, TN.
