Mildred Virginia Scott, age 90, of Madison, died on Wednesday August 28, 2013.
Mrs. Scott was a wonderful Mother and Grandmother. She was a lifetime member of the Church of Christ and attended Mastin Lake Church of Christ. Mrs. Scott loved children and was a former kindergarten teacher at Madison Academy.
Mrs. Scott is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Clyde Truman Scott; her parents, Samuel and Nora Bolding; her daughter, Sharon Ann Sanders; and several Brothers and Sisters.
Mrs. Scott is survived by her son Clyde Barry Scott and wife Sallie; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Adrian, Ellen, Lily, Channing, and Kylie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday August 31, 2013 at 11 am in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville with Scotty Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in Huntsville Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
