Mildred “Tommie” Pounders Davis, age 78, of Florence, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016. The visitation will be Monday, April 11, from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. at Spry~Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The service will be Tuesday April 12, at 11:00 a.m. in the Spry~Williams chapel with Bro. Henry Melton officiating. The burial will follow at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Grandsons, Tyler Davis, Brandon Davis, Harley Davis, Zack Campbell, Dillon Campbell, Joshua Davis and Donnie Blevins. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Davis, Parents, Roy and Gladys Pounders, Son, Terry Blevins, Granddaughter, Abbagale Davis, Grandson, Kyle McDonald and two Sisters, Roberta Prestage and Delois Moore. She is survived by her Sons, Lowery, John, Bradley and Lloyd Davis and Tommy Blevins. Daughters, Carol Mooney, Brenda Burbank and Stepdaughter, Charlotte Thompson. She had numerous Grandchildren, Great Children and Great Great Grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
