Mildred Shearin Cossar, 93, of Memphis
Mrs. Cossar passed from this life on Saturday morning, June 8, 2019 at Christian Care Center of Memphis. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
A native of Benton County, MS, she was the daughter of the late Charles Marcus Shearin and Sarah Bell Dixon Shearin. A member of Scenic Hill Baptist Church in Memphis, she married Mr. James “Mack” Cossar on May 1, 1946. Mr. Cossar died February 6, 2014.
Among her survivors are two daughters, Patricia Creech and Charlene Galloway; and one son, James Cossar.
