Mildred Pauline Thorn, age 67, Spruce Pine, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at her residence.
The visitation will be 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 07, 2016 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with a memorial service following at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel.
She is survived by her son, Matt Holt; granddaughter, Ashley Holt; siblings, Pat, Nell, Charlie, Buddy, John, Mary; and a host of nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Thorn; her parents, Paul James & Ruby Priest; and daughters, Betty and Lisa.
