Mildred Louise Smith, 86, of Huntsville departed this earthly home for her Heavenly home on April 1, 2022. Granny, as she loved to be called, will be missed by so many.
Mildred is preceded in death by her parents E.H. and Bessie Russell; husband of over 60 years Raymond O. Smith; two sons Kenny Ramsey and Ray Smith; and daughter Yuvonne Crippen. She is survived by her daughter, Sonja Michael (Gary); daughter-in-law, Patty Smith; seven grandchildren, Chris Smith, Dawn Woodall, David Crippen, Heather Roberts, Michelle Michael, Matthew Michael, and Bradley Smith; and a number of great and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 4,, 2022 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home with a chapel service following at 2:00pm with Brother Greg Woodall officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.
