Mildred Lorine King, age 68, wife of William E. King, and a resident of Lewisburg, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Born on November 17,1953, in Winchester, Tennessee, Mildred was the daughter of the late Avery Alton Bryant and the late Evia Jane King Bryant. She married William E. King on February 28, 1970. Besides her work as a housewife, she enjoyed painting and watching television, especially Shark Week and old Westerns.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Calvin (Carolyn) Bryant of Columbia, brothers, William, Robert (Teresa), Roger, Tommy, Steve (Joanne), and Paul Bryant, sister, Nancy (Teddy “TJ”) Shepherd, and granddaughter, Mary Jane King.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James King, and siblings, Hershel, Howard, Stanley, Randal, and Charlotte Bryant.
