Funeral for Mildred L. Bracken, 83, from Tarrant, originally from Moulton will be Wednesday at 11:00 AM at East Lawrence Memorial Gardens with Larry J. Corum officiating and Elliott Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Wednesday May 14thk, 9:30 to 10:30 at the funeral Home.
Mrs. Bracken, who died May 12, 2014 was born on July 7, 1930 in Lawrence County to Leamon Lackey and Nellie Goodlett Lackey. She was preceded in death by her parents and twin brothers, Bonnie & Lonnie Lackey.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Robert E. Bracken; son, R. Landon Bracken and wife Joyce; grandchildren, Mike and Lynn Bracken; brother Billy Joe Lackey; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
