Mildred Jane Linderman, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at her residence in Rincon, Georgia.
Graveside Service will be Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur, Alabama with Chaplain Otto Wood officiating.
Ms. Linderman was born in Waynesboro, TN on September 16, 1935 to Euel and Myrtle Estes Milton. She was a Dietician by trade and retired from Sunbridge Convalescent Home after 29 years of service.
Mildred lived life to the fullest and found joy in doing yardwork; working puzzles; watching Westerns; and loving her animals. She loved her family; was very close to her sisters; and a great friend to many. Everyone that met her couldn’t help but love her. She was fun-loving; and loved to joke around with her dry, sarcastic sense of humor. She will be dearly missed.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; husband, L.G. Linderman, Jr.; siblings, Ora Golaher, Othel Grey, Mae Haddock, Minnie Gobble; and step-children, Diane Taylor (Jim), and Phyllis Matheny (Bill).
She is survived by her step-children, R.J. Linderman (Sherry), Dewayne Linderman (Vickie), and Michael Linderman (Charlene); four nieces; six nephews; seventeen grandchildren; and many great and great-great grandchildren.
