Milburn D. Waddle, 86, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015, at his home. He was born August 26, 1929 to the late William “Will” Jessie Waddle and the late Lela Bee Gilliland Waddle in Itawamba County. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church, where served as a Deacon for many years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, working, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a proud veteran of the Korean War.
Surviors include his wife, Janice Waddle of Tupelo, Son, Steven Waddle of Dennis, 3 Daughters, Rachel (Jeff) Bolton of Belmont, Patricia (Mike) Bounds of Columbus, Lenora (Eddie) Whitt of Dennis, 7 Grandchildren, 3 Great grandchildren, 3 Brothers, Eudith (Etoye) Waddle of Zion, IL, Tommy (Patsy) Waddle of Fairview, Billy (Deloris) Waddle of Smithville, 1 Sister, Betty (Bobby) Hughes of Tremont, host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister, Willarean Waddle, 4 brothers, Roy D. Waddle, Odie Waddle, Odell Waddle, Connie Waddle.
Pallbearers will be Chad Pruitt, Matthew Bounds, Allen Davis, Edrick Parrish, Michael Waddle, Matthew Waddle, Todd Hughes, Bradley Waddle.
Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Gentiva Hospice.
