Mike Sturdivant, age 46, of The Woodlands, TX passed away Sunday, January 19, 2015 at his residence in Tanzania. He was a native of Clarkdale, MS, employed with Deloitte East Africa as a tax partner and energy resources leader, and attended The Woodlands United Methodist Church in The Woodlands, TX.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Carr Sturdivant.

Five Nieces and two Nephews also survive.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 2:30 PM Tuesday, January 27, 2015 with Jeff Vanlandingham officiating.
