Mr. Mike “Boogie” LaWayne Miller of Columbia, TN, formerly of Arab, AL; was called home on August 27, 2021 at the age of 58.
Mr. Miller was born on the 10th of September in 1962 to Jimmy Wayne Miller and Ellen Jean Gilliam Miller in Marshall County, AL. Mr. Miller was employed through Securitas Security Services as a security guard. He enjoyed Fishing, cooking, listening to southern gospel music and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Mr. Miller was a member of The Church of God.
Mr. Miller leaves behind to celebrate his life and legacy; beloved wife; Lisa Skelton Miller; mother, Ellen Jean Hughes; sons, Christopher Miller (Towana); step-son, Noah Miller; daughter, Ryan Gutierrez (Luis); grandchildren, Ayden Gutierrez, Addison Gutierrez, Levi Miller, Josiah Gutierrez, Madelyn Gutierrez and Braxton Miller
Mr. Miller is proceeded in death by his father and at last reunited with his brother Norman Gene Miller.
Visitation will be held at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with service to follow. Burial will be at Gilliam Springs Cemetery in Arab, AL with friend and Pastor Ray Wolford officiating.
