Michael Trent Markem, age 27, Russellville, passed away on Sunday, May 03, 2015.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 08, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Bobby Brown and Bro. Silas Oliver. Burial will be at Cedar Creek Baptist Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica Lynn Strickland Markem; daughter, Abbie Markem; parents, Jeff & Linda Michael; father & mother-in-law, David & Kimberly Strickland; grandparents, Harvie & JoAnn Markem; Annie Michael; aunts, Dorthy Graves, Annette Taylor, Patricia Markem, uncles, David Murray, Jeremy Behel; several cousins; and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gary Michael; great-grandparents, Delores & James Remick; and best friend, Jerry Robert Lewey.
The pallbearers will be Courtney Strickland, Jake Vandiver, Chase Strickland, Brian Woodruff, Justin Vicks, Jeremiah Bentley, Jerry Prince, Gabe Thomas, and Mark Taylor.
