Michael Shane Haislip, age 42 of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away on July 31st, 2018. He was of Church of Christ faith.
Survivors include his wife, Mandi Dickson Haislip; father, Mike White; mother, Carolyn White; daughters, Carleigh Shaw (Tanner) and Elizabeth Haislip; step sons, Preston Lovell and Billy Wayne Lovell IV; brother, Terry Haislip (Annie) of Panama City, FL; sister, Terra White; grandchildren, Britan Shaw and Zayden Shaw and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeremy White.
Visitation will be held at Union Hill Church of Christ on Buffalo rd. on Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A funeral service will be held at Union Hill Church of Christ on Buffalo rd. at 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 2nd, 2018 with Bro. Phillip Patton officiating. Burial will follow at Union Hill Cemetery.
