Michael O’Neal “Doobie” Austin, Jr., 52 of Guntersville passed away Friday, December 24, 2021. Doobie was born July 13, 1969, the son of Michael O’Neal Austin and Annette Bottomlee Austin.
He is survived by his Wife: Beth Briscoe Austin; Children: Jessica Austin, Paden (Shayla) Smith and Cassie Jackson (Teresa Huff); Mother and Stepfather: Annette and Roger McHenry; Sister: Phyllis Stapler (Damon); Five Grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be 6:00 p.m. Monday, January 3, 2022, at Gober Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until service time at 6:00 p.m. Monday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
