Funeral services for Mr. Michael “Mikie” Ring Jr. will be held at 2 PM Saturday, January 7, 2023, at the Shelton Funeral Home Chapel, with the family receiving friends from 12 noon until service time.
On Monday, January 2, 2023, Michael was called home at the age of 36. The world has lost an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend.
Michael worked at Tyson Foods and was a longtime employee of Wallstreet Grill, both in Humboldt, TN. “Mikie” would tell you his greatest accomplishment in life was his children. He loved them fiercely with all that he had. Michael had a way with words like no other, he was guaranteed to make you laugh or at the very least put a smile on your face. His life definitely left an impact on all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Alan Ring Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Ring; five children, Jayden Walls, Kailey Ring, Hunter Ring, John-Michael Ring, and Emma Ring; his mother, Carla Lawson; and three siblings, Brandy Ring, Hayley Warwick, and Jacob Ring.
