Funeral service for Michael “Mike” Elam, 79, will be Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 1:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Spencer Bell and Bro. Bobby Ray Halbrooks officiating, Military Honors, and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Elam passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at his residence. He was born November 23, 1946, in Arkansas, to James Arthur Elam and Marjorie Elouise Jones Elam.
He was employed by Wurzburg Brothers, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales with 35 years of service upon his retirement. He was a Baptist, a Deacon and love to teach Bible Classes in Sunday School. Mr. Elam was a United States Navy Veteran serving during the years from 1965-1969. He left the service with an Honorable Discharge and was serving on the USS Strong.
His parents and a brother- Rick Elam preceded him in death.

Son – Bart Elam,
Daughter – Kim Elam Buckelew,
Brothers- Fred Elam and
Jim Elam,
and Two Grandchildren – Madison Elam and Hudson Buckelew
