Michael Lee Hughes, 58 years old of Phil Campbell, AL. passed away September 19, 2021, at his residence.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 25, 2021, 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL.
He was born March 23, 1963, in Russellville, AL to Leon and Lorene Hughes.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents; and his grandparents, Leamon and Grace Hughes and William Riley and Lottie Mae Cole.
He is survived by his sons, Richard Lee Hughes and Chachi Wayne Hughes (Kim); his siblings, Sharon Baker (David), Mary Williams, Rickey Hughes, Nickey Hughes (Kathy), Tim Hughes, and Teresa Fugate (Danny Cole); his grandchildren, Sarah Hughes and Peyton Hughes; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 the family requests anyone that attends to please wear a mask.
