Michael Leander Bivens was born March 2, 1959 in Henderson, TN the son of Wanda Crowell Howell and the late Bobby Bivens. Mr. Bivens departed this life on March 29, 2016 in Selmer, TN at the age of 57 Years, 27 Days.
He was a former employee of Elam Mattress Company in Selmer and earlier in his life while living in Texas, he was a roofer. Michael enjoyed football and wrestling. His favorite NFL team was the Denver Broncox. His favorite wrestlers were Roman Raines, John Cena, and CM Punk.
He is survived by his mother, Wanda Howell of Selmer; a brother, Danny Bivens of Shiloh, TN; a sister, Tammy Ledlow of Selmer; a half sister; Penny Howell of Selmer; 2 step sisters; Shelia Dillon and Sue Harbin, both of Selmer; a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his father, Mr. Bivens was preceded in death by a half brother, David Howell; a half sister, Teressa Howell.
