Michael Keith Roberts, 50, died Thursday, January 7, 2016, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born March 25, 1965, to Kenneth Roberts and Carolyn Harris Roberts. He attended Union Grove Church of God of Prophecy. He was a truck driver and a carpenter.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 10, at the Union Grove Church of God of Prophecy with the Rev. Ryan Napalo and the Rev. Wayne Thorn officiating. Burial will be in the Union Grove Cemetery. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his father, Kenneth Roberts of Tupelo; his mother, Carolyn Kirksey (Cubby) of Mantachie; two sons, Houston Roberts (Jill) of Mooreville, and Dru Roberts of Sardis, MS; one brother, Kevin Roberts (Dana) of Mooreville; two grandchildren, Hayden and Hanna.
Pallbearers will be Jonathon White, Eddie Harris, Sammy Holder, Steve Boyd, Scott Garrett, and Kenneth Brewer.
Honorary pallbearer will be Rodney Roberts.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, January 9, at Union Grove Church of God of Prophecy.
