Michael Joseph McMurray Sr., age 53, of Huntsville, AL passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at a local hospital. He was born to Jo Carl and Sara McMurray and was raised in Hartselle, AL. He enjoyed fishing and being around his family. He had a big heart that touched many. He was preceded in death by his parents Jo Carl and Sara McMurray and his brother Timothy Carl McMurray. He is survived by his step-father Joe Maddox; son Michael J McMurray Jr.; sisters Ramona Martin, Regina Pexton and Rene’ Martin; grandchildren Morgan and Alyssa McMurray and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces Nephews and Friends. The family will have a private funeral service. Donations may be made to the Downtown Rescue Mission in Huntsville, AL.
