Michael John Bucey 66, Huntsville, passed away on February 10, 2022 after a brief illness. He was born on November 10, 1955 at Staten Island NY. Mike grew up and attended school all over the world as he was an Army brat. He graduated from Butler High and Jacksonville State. Mike also served in the US Army as an air traffic controller in the US and Korea. After the Army, Mike went to work for the State of Alabama Department of Corrections retiring as a Probation and Parole Supervisor. Michael married Janice Perry in 1989 who preceded him in death. Michael was a gentle and giving soul and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his mother Pamela Bucey, his sister, Rowena (Jeffrey) Bucey Eisenbeis,nephew, Jeffrey Eisenbeis Jr., many nephews and nieces through his marriage, and his best friend Otto Watkins.
